Hotspots and Hot Finds
Adding additional interactive options in the Emerson.com component library allows content authors to place more content on the page using less space and enables them to highlight important product benefits in an engaging, modern way. This issue highlights seven new or enhanced components that can do just that.

NEW COMPONENT
C078 – Full-width Image with Hotspots
An image component that uses hotspots to highlight, in situ, various products and solutions provided by Emerson.
NEW COMPONENT
H010 – Hero with Sidebar Content and Optional Footer
This information-dense hero component is used to help tell a timely platform story or highlight a campaign initiative, aided by related content items and relevant calls to action.

VN010 – Visual Navigation Banner with Tiles
The VN010 provides authors an additional way to tease important sub-page way-finding, while also featuring a prominent banner item without needing to configure this banner as a separate component.
COMPONENT ENHANCEMENT
C019 – Brands Grid (No Image Option)
**Needs clarification regarding how this component displays/behaves when brand logo assets are not present. No reference to No Image Option found in regression page or Content Author documentation.**
AUTHORING ENHANCEMENT
C047/C048 – App Tile/App Tile Grid
**Need to confirm details of this enhancement/changes to authoring processes for this content.**
Featured & Handcrafted Search Results
Featured and Handcrafted Search Results give authors the ability to highlight and prioritize specific content and products within the Search Results page for items that match a given targeted search term or phrase. Note that Featured Search Results are only available for Document, Video or Web Page content types. For visual examples of both Featured and Handcrafted result types, please refer to the L019 Search Results Layout.
NEW COMPONENT
SE003 – Handcrafted Search – All Results*
The SE003 Handcrafted Search Result replaces previous component versions SE001 and SE002, both of which have been deprecated and should no longer be used.
For popular brands and products, the SE003 Handcrafted Search Result will provide a featured preview of essential information and links for the brand or product related to the user’s search terms.
Accordion Component Options
An accordion is an interactive design pattern that helps to reduce visual clutter on the page while organizing multiple pieces of related content into bite-size chunks to allow users to more easily zero-in on the content of their interest. For Emerson.com and other approved sites using CoreMedia, there are 2 components available for authoring page content within accordions.

Use for product FAQs or product troubleshooting information. Multiple accordions can be stacked on a page.
