G005 Global Cookie Notification
To comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), emerson.com and other approved Emerson sites will display a cookie notification pinned to the bottom of the browser window. This message indicates to visitors how cookies are used on the site.
Component Detail
This is the default cookie notification message. It is used on ALL sites and ALL locales of a given site to provide the user information about cookie usage. This banner does not allow users to directly change their cookie settings. For those locales that have specific regulations on cookie management a third-party tool replaces the G005 banner and allows for additional cookie notification information and cookie management.
