G001C Global Navigation Commerce Checkout Header
A simplified header navigation design to help keep users focused on the task at hand during the Checkout journey.
Component Detail
Featuring a simplified navigation with limited navigation options, the Commerce Checkout header aims to remove distractions and exits from the purchase path. The standard G001 or G001B Global Header is replaced with the G001C version once the user clicks the “Checkout” CTA button from the Shopping Cart page and continues to display on subsequent pages until the user has successfully completed their order and exited the checkout flow.
Interactions
“Continue Shopping” link directs the user to either the Catalog Page (Emerson) or the site’s homepage (InSinkErator, Sensi). “Need Help?” and “Contact Us” links direct the user to the Support and Contact pages respectively.
