Search component that offers options to choose from from a dropdown menu, as well as a search form field to enter text.
Component Detail
Used to conduct site-wide support search for product, product category, or brand information. Dropdown includes listing of all major support categories. These categories can be used to narrow search results. “All Categories” is default. Close “x” replaces entered values in search bar with instructional text.
Interactions
User goes to search results page or specific, customized search results page (such as “Software Downloads & Drivers”).
