Component Detail

A component for featuring multiple C059 Alert Tiles and C060 Information Tiles conveying critical new software alerts or other important customer info. Banner should typically be displayed at the top of a page, for better customer visibility. Multiple tiles can be displayed per page, typically in date sequence (last dated tile is displayed first), in a single row. Tiles are carouseled when they exceed available page space, accessible via arrow toggles and carousel dot navigation. On selection, tiles expand full-width in a modal to display any additional information.

**Note: Component requires one or more individual C059/C060 Expandable Alert/Update Tiles to be authored. This is intended to be a dynamically displayed component with the most recent 3-6 C059/C060 alerts and updates shown.

Interactions

Carousel arrow toggles and dot navigation allow the user to scroll through related Alert Tiles

Default state tile CTAs (e.g.: “View Update”) expand the corresponding tile to full-width displaying the full alert text and hiding the other carousel items and controls.

Expanded state tile Close toggle (“X”) collapses the active tile and reveals the carousel display beneath.
